Human Bug Spray

The red line appears to have been crossed. Chemical agents appear to have been used in Syria – Human Bug Spray has been used. Why does Gary call these chemicals Human Bug Spray? Because Sarin nerve agent gas has the same effect on humans that Raid™ and other sprays have on insects – it kills on contact.

March
In March, Syrian authorities were accused of using chemical weapons during an attack on the city of Aleppo. However, because the blood samples were taken by opposition groups, analysts claimed that they couldn’t be entirely sure where the blood came from or exactly when the exposure took place.

April 23
Israel’s senior military intelligence analyst said there was evidence that forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad have used chemical weapons against the country’s civilians as early as mid April. The evidence supporting this assertion includes photographs of victims foaming at the mouth.

April 26
Just days later, the U.S. intelligence community also uncovered strong evidence that chemical weapons have been used in Syria during testing of blood samples from multiple people. These tests were positive for the nerve agent, Sarin. These samples, at least, have been declared authentic and the Human Bug Spray was certainly employed by the Assad regime. CBS news also reported that for the first time, the White House says chemical weapons have been used in Syria’s civil war.

April 29
Unconfirmed reports from The Free Syrian Army (FSA) declare that Israeli fighter jets flew into Damascus over the weekend and bombed a chemical weapons depot outside the city. The jets are reported to have circled Bashar Al-Assad’s presidential compound before moving on to bomb the weapons site. The Israeli jets were fired upon, but returned to Israel unscathed, according to The Jewish Press.

April 30
Israel News reports that Syrian aircraft dropped bags containing “strange substances” in Idlib Roi Kais. Al-Jazeera says the strange substances are apparently chemical weapons. Videos show victims of the substances having difficulty breathing as they are being treated in makeshift hospitals, and one video showed white foam coming out of an injured man’s mouth.

Impact
The international community has been strangely quiet this far. Even the United States response has been muted, despite its president’s long standing assertion that the use of such a weapon by the Assad regime would cross a “red line.” Brigadier General Itai Brun, of the Israeli Defense Forces, says: “The very fact that they have used chemical weapons without any appropriate reaction is a very worrying development, because it might signal that this is legitimate.”

So now the question becomes: What will the International Community and the White House do in response? Well, apparently Barky Insane O’Bummer thinks evidence of Syrian chemical weapons attacks is still too thin and more study and investigation is needed. Apparently the “red line” has not yet been crossed, and “that means military intervention by the United States in the Syrian civil war is not imminent and not guaranteed.” Fortunately, insanity at upper levels is not endemic: the Pentagon is preparing all military options – soldiers on foot being deployed has been discussed, but a missile strike is a far likelier scenario, according to Pentagon sources.

Conclusion
Amos 13:4-5 – “This is what the LORD says: ‘For the many crimes of Damascus, I will punish them. I will break the gate bars of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitants from the Valley of Aven’ . . . .”

Many questions have been raised about whether Human Bug Spray is even being used. Claims have been made that there is “more than one organization representing that they have more than one sample from more than one attack.” The evidence is mounting, however, that Sarin nerve gas has been and continues to be used.

Many questions are also being raised about what response to this use of Human Bug Spray will be initiated by the International Community and the United States. Thus far, a response has been utterly missing. Israel’s Brigadier General Itai Brun calls this a worrying development. The United States is slowly beginning to admit that Sarin nerve gas has been used, but evidence is still too thin and the “red line” hasn’t yet been crossed, so no direct military intervention is imminent. One can only wonder how far over the line Assad and his forces must travel before the use of chemical weapons is obliterated. How much longer before Damascus becomes a ruinous heap?
