The Middle East is in turmoil. Israel, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, and many other nations are all involved, as are Islamist radicals backed by Iran. ISIS is expanding. Babylon is being reformed, and Syria is being devastated. Israel continues to stand strong despite all of the world’s nations isolation.
Israel
Israel continues to be isolated by the international community. Hamas and Hezbollah continue to conduct military operations against Israel’s citizens, sending in thousands of rockets aimed at Israel’s population centers. The “Palestinians” have renamed the theme of “slash and stab” to “water the ground with blood.” A stone slab was found near the Galilee in the village of Kursi which had writing in Hebrew on it. A clay seal was found in Jerusalem which had the name of King Hezekiah on it. These both prove that the Jews have been in the land for thousands of years, despite the lies of the Arabs and “Palestinians”. Of course, in opposition to all of this the U.S. POTUS has shifted from pretending to be a friend of Israel to full throttle anti-Israel mode, and the Head of the State Department (HSD) continues to broker as many anti-Israel agendas as it can. Canada, too, with the defeat of Prime Minister Stephen Harper, has taken a stance in isolation of Israel is being surrounded by enemies – Hezbollah, ISIS, Russia and Syria to the north and east; Hamas to the southwest, and Iran to the east.
Iran
Iran has been given permission keep on spinning the centrifuges which will allow them to build nuclear weapons, with little or no interference from the international community. And the U.S. HSD was key to brokering the deal that allows Iran to enrich uranium. Iran is building a Shiite Muslim Group to counter moves being made by Sunni Muslims. It appears that this group will consist of Iran, Syria, Iraq, and Lebanon.
Iraq
Iraq has been invaded by ISIS, but the Iraqi military is fighting back with help from the United States. ISIS took over Ramadi, the provincial capital of Iraq’s Anbar province in late May, early June. ISIS, primarily a Sunni led group, continues to take over major Iraqi cities such as Mosul, Tikri and Nineveh killing both the Shiite Muslims and Christians found within. Babylon is being rebuilt. Turkey and Iran have formed an alliance to either drive out or kill the Kurds of Northern Iraq. The Kurds of today are the remnant of the Medes of ancient history!
Lebanon
Lebanon is reportedly joining the Iranian led Shiite Muslim Group. Members of the terrorist groups Hezbollah, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad have been sent to Lebanon to incite Israel to take military actions against Syria, giving Syria an excuse to bomb Tel Aviv and other Israeli cities. Syria is also working with Hezbollah to topple Lebanon’s government. Russian intelligence and infantry personnel have all but taken over the town of Sidon near Israel’s Golan Heights neighborhood.
Jordan
The U.S. HSD and Jordan’s Jordan’s King Abdullah have agreed that the Jerusalem Temple Mount compound should be monitored twenty-four hours a day by intensive video surveillance. Jordan is being flooded by thousands of ISIS, al-Nusra, and Jaish al-Yarmouk fighters as well as militants from other extremist groups. The United Nations and other human rights groups are urging Jordan to take in thousands of Syrian refugees as well.
Syria
Syria has also been invaded by ISIS and is also reported to be joining the Iranian Shiite Muslim block. Russia has had a military presence in Syria for several years, but has now begun earnestly bombing Syria, and the United States is also flying missions within its airspace. The U.S. also intends to begin sending in troops to take direct action on the ground. Both France and Britain have taken military actions against Syria this year. Damascus is all but a heap of rubble. By August of 2015 the United Nations estimates that over 250,000 people have been killed by the civil war in Syria. Iran continues to spend billions of dollars to keep Bashar Al Assad in power.
Egypt
Christians continue to be greatly persecuted in Egypt and tourism continues to fade. In March, Egypt, Ethiopia, and Sudan reached agreement over the Grand Ethiopian Reclamation Dam (GERD) being built by Ethiopia which could literally dry up the Nile once finished. Eni, an Italian energy company, found a natural gas field off coast of Egypt which could be one of the biggest in the Mediterranean. Egyptian sources have finally agreed that ISIS caused the bombing and downing of the Russian passenger plane that took over 200 lives. France is reportedly selling Russian weapons to Egypt, and Iran has been supplying weapons from Libya and Sudan to the Sinai jihadists, according to Salafist terrorists captured in the Sinai Peninsula.
Conclusions
Wars and rumors of wars continue unabated in the Middle East. Israel continues to be isolated by the international community. Iran, Libya, Sudan, and Russia are all supplying weapons and military personnel to other nations of the area. ISIS has invaded many Middle East nations, and continues to expand its territories despite bombing by the U.S., France, Russia, and others. Babylon is being reformed, and Syria is being devastated. Israel continues to stand strong despite all of the world’s nations isolation.
Final Thought
Prophecy continues to unfold as foretold by the Hebrew Prophets. The day is coming when Yahweh will show his strength on the mountains of Israel. What is prophesied will come to pass, what is foretold will be made known. Time is short – Yeshua Ha’Mashiach is coming soon – get busy reaching the lost.
