Prayers Needed

Thank you in advance for your prayers.

Pray for the hearts of the upper management of the Southgate Apartments to stop engaging in abusive behaviors towards the elderly tenants that live at this location.

Please also pray for our newest manager. She seems very nice and appears to agree with the tenants views about the PMC behaviors.

A Few Background Notes:
It took over eight years for the Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) to fire the previous abusive Property Management Company (PMC). Since that removal, we are now on our fifth new onsite manager!, and the new PMC seems to be headed the same direction. Probably not too surprising when one considers that the current PMC is headed up by former NRHA employees — the same ones that ignored the complaints of abuse by the previous PMC!

Last year a drug addicted woman and her children started mooching off of a tenant, and the children  vandalized the community room and stole items. Instead of removing this family and evicting the tenant, the current PMC locked the tenants out of the Community room, the library, the Computer room, and the Exercise room. These rooms are now only open when the office is open. Previously we had 24/7 access via a key operated front door. This PMC has chosen to take it out on the tenants instead of dealing with the behaviors causing the problem.

In addition to the lockup, now they will not allow a tenant to post items of interest on the bulletin boards without the prior permission of upper management, i.e. Heather S.

Heather S seems intent on removing tenant freedoms and, now, even Constitutional rights!

A Bizapedia writeup states: “this property management company is horrible and violating Federal laws Rude and not at all reliable ignorant and lazy”

Anna V is responsible for bringing in magical elixirs that may be not so good for the elderly.

Please also pray for our newest manager, SF. She seems very nice and appears to agree with the tenants views about the PMC’s unacceptable tactics and behaviors.
