2025 Natural Disasters Update

It is no longer a question of whether (or not) the end time signs Yeshua told us would be happening just before his arrival to resurrect the dead and rapture his bride are burgeoning. Bluntly put, they are. 2024 has once again seen so many prophetical signs that anyone who hasn’t noticed is either blind or willfully ignorant.

Earthquakes and Earthquake Swarms
Mark 13:8 – “There will be earthquakes in various places; there will also be famines . . . These things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.”
Luke 21:11 – “And there will be great earthquakes, and in various places plagues and famines; and there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.”
For the past umpteen years I have given the number of earthquakes each year and stated that the total number of quakes has increased each year since 2012. 2025 shows a slight increase in the number of greater earthquakes compared to 2024.

For those who insist on percentages, numbers, and data, below are the mind-numbing 2025 statistics:
The total number of earthquakes (135938) are 8.85 times the average (14194 from 1900 to 2000) and still over 231.79 times the amount in 1949 (571). As of December 31, 2024, the numbers are:
1. Quakes in the 8.0 and above range (1) were 100% of the average since 1900 (1).
2. Quakes in the 7.0 to 7.9 range (15) were only 100% of the average since 1900 (15).
3. Quakes in the 6.0 to 6.9 range (129) were only 96% of the average since 1900 (134).
4. The number of large earthquakes (145) were also only 97% of the average since 1900 (150).
5. The total number of earthquakes (135938) is 17.88 times greater than the total number in the 1950s (7605).
6. The total number of earthquakes (135938) is 6.92 times greater than the total number in the 1960s (19639).
7. The total number of earthquakes (135938), is 1.78 times greater than in any of the years prior to 2012 (76229 in 2000).

The Other Signs
Luke 21:11 – “There will also be famines and pestilences . . .”
Luke 21:25 – “And upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring . . .”
Hosea 4:3 – “The beasts of the field, the fowls of heaven; and the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.”
Isaiah 28:2 – “Adonai comes like a hailstorm, a destructive tempest, like a flood of water, rushing, overwhelming; with his hand he hurls them to the ground.”
Isaiah 30:30 – “Yahweh will give a mighty shout and intervene in power, with furious anger and flaming, destructive fire, with a driving rainstorm and hailstones.”
Ezekiel 13:13 – “Yahweh says: ‘In my rage I will make a violent wind break out. In my anger there will be a deluge of rain and hailstones in destructive fury’.”

Below are some of the mind-numbing 2025 details:
• Billion Dollar Events
2025 saw fourteen events this year that cost over $101.4 Billion Dollars – just in the United States. These include six severe weather events, six tornado breakouts, a hail storm and flooding in Texas, and the Los Angelos wildfire.

• Mass Deaths
Mass deaths are down between 91% and 97% from last year. There were over 414 mass shootings which left over 1840 people injured and over 400 dead. The majority of mass public shootings occurred at workplaces and schools. In the United States, VAERS Reports 1,671,991 Covid incidences through December 5, 2025, of which 38,913 ended in death and 74,272 in permanent disabilities.

Topping the list once again, were the number of abortions performed in 2025. Abortions were responsible for over 51.6% of all human deaths. By midnight December 31, Worldometer and other statistics estmate:

• Wildfires
The United States saw over 61,500 fires in 2025, which burned over 4,943,031 acres. The most devastating wildfire this year occurred in Palisades, California. In other parts of the planet, theree were fires in Jerusalem, Israel on Memorial day; Hatei and Ismar provinces in Turkey; Afionado, Japan; Latkia, Syria; and South Korea which saw one of the most devastating wildfires in its history,

• Volcanoes
Forty-four (44) volcanoes were in continuing eruption status as of September 19, 2025. Twenty-two 22 volcanoes were still active as of December 20, 2025. As of December 31, the following were still erupting: Santiaguito, Fuego, Popocatépetl, Semeru, Ibu, Dukono, Reventador, and Puracé.

• Wind Events (Hurricanes, Tornados)
The Atlantic hurricane season produced 13 named storms, 5 hurricanes, and 4 major hurricanes. Four of the most destructive swept through Arizona and Tennessee once., and Kentucky twice. The Pacific hurricane season produced 4 named storms –Alvin, Erick, Mario and Priscilla.

• Floods
Multiple countries and territories saw severe flooding in 2025. Just between January and April six continents saw record breaking flooding. In the US, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia were flooded. In Canada British Columbia and Ontario were flooded.

Other nations that were flooded include: Afghanistan, Angola, Argentina, Australia, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, China, Columbia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Greece, Haiti, Honduras, Indonesia, Italy, Ireland, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Morrocco, Nepal, Newfoundland, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Phillipines, Poland, Puerto Rico, Russia, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Somalia, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, Venezuela, and Vietnam, just to name a few!!

• Droughts
Zambia, Malawi and Zimbabwe all experienced severe droughts in 2025. Ethiopia is the most drought-stricken country in the world at this time. Abnormal dryness is affecting many parts of the Caribbean. As well as many parts of the United States, including even Alaska and Hawaii.

• Famines
In 2025, an estimated 318 million people across 68 countries are lacking sufficient food supplies, and 893.8 million people are undernourished. Greatly exaggerated reports of famine in Gaza have finally been acknowledged by the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) that “there is and was no famine in the Gaza Strip.”

• Temperature Extremes
In January, an unusual cold snap brought extremely cold temperatures to much of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Spain, France, and Italy saw temperatures exceed 48°C (118°F) in multiple cities during June and July. Even Alaska saw its temperatures reach the mid-80s °F!

According to NASA scientists, the average surface temperatures in 2025 were 2.30 degrees Fahrenheit above their 1951-1980 baseline figures. Scientists continue to blame the global warming to human caused activities, completely ignoring the Biblical warnings.

Conclusions
Mark 13:8 – “. . . . These things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.”
Luke 21:11 – “And there will be great earthquakes, and in various places plagues and famines; and there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.”
Bluntly put: The birth pangs are, indeed, breaking forth. Natural disasters around the world again occurred at an alarming rate in 2024. Earthquakes and fires demolished entire towns or cities, wildfires burned hundreds of thousands of acres – unprecedented in past history. Tornadoes, cyclones, and hurricanes hit the planet, many of which also caused mass flooding and loss of life. Pandemics, both viral, biological, and infestational exploded.

• The season of the birth pains is here – keep maintaining an attitude of gratitude.
• The prophetic signs continue to unfold in an escalating pattern as foretold by the Hebrew prophets.
• History is moving extremely quickly towards the one world government, financial system, and religion.
• Time is incredibly short – Yeshua Ha’Mashiach is coming soon – so be of great cheer and keep looking up.
• Be sure you are believing The Truth, not The Lie – get busy reaching the lost.
• Be sure Yeshua is your Redeemer, King, and High Priest, and your sins are forgiven.
